You can apply for an open position or express your interest in the Kulm Group by joining our Talent Community or setting up job alerts. We store your personal data in our system and use the data provided for the selection process and/or to communicate with you. While your data is stored with us, you may be contacted by our Talent Acquisition regarding other open positions. The legal basis for processing your personal data is your consent.
If you have applied but we are unable to offer you a suitable position at this time, we reserve the right to allocate your application to a talent pool. In this case, you will receive a message for your information. If you do not agree to this or are no longer interested, you can delete your data (profile and application) yourself at any time. If your application is assigned to a talent pool, the data will be stored for 12 months and then deleted.
If you also visit our careers website and accept the personalisation cookies, our applicant management system will store certain data about you. This is used to personalise your experience on our careers website.

The AG GRAND HOTELS ENGADINERKULM and the software partner ABACUS UMANTIS AG have taken the necessary organisational and technical measures to ensure the confidentiality of your application. All employees of the HR department as well as our managers and the employees of our software partner are obliged to maintain confidentiality regarding personal data as part of their contractual employment relationship. The automatically activated 128-bit encryption of the applicant management system ensures secure transmission of your data. During data processing, the general standards for data security
in accordance with the current state of the art. The contract between AG GRAND HOTELS ENGADINERKULM and umantis includes the Swiss standard contractual clauses.
